Reflecting on a journey that began at a gym's front desk at 16, and now spans two decades with Varsity House, it's clear that the fitness industry has been a profound teacher. From a humble loading dock in Northvale to three thriving facilities, thousands of members, and the opportunity to educate coaches globally through the Business of Strength, the path has been rich with experiences.

Over the years, I've invested significantly in learning, traveling to connect with leaders, attending countless seminars, workshops, and masterminds. The goal was always to uncover that one idea that could drive progress. People often ask for the 'secret' to success, but the truth is, there isn't one. If anything, my 'superpower' has been described as steadiness. This reflection led me to jot down some of the most impactful lessons the gym business has imparted.
